Overview
A 9-day, 8-night Central European journey from Ljubljana to Prague through Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria and the Czech Republic.
Starting in Ljubljana with a funicular ride to the castle, the tour continues with a pletna boat to Bled Island and a train ride into Postojna Cave. After a Zagreb city tour, Budapest offers Buda Castle, Fisherman's Bastion and a dinner cruise on the Danube (optional tour). Via Bratislava and the Parndorf Designer Outlet you reach Vienna for Schönbrunn Palace, the Hofburg and St. Stephen's Cathedral. In Prague enjoy a vintage car ride, Prague Castle, Charles Bridge and the Astronomical Clock, followed by a day in the spa town of Karlovy Vary and a farewell gala dinner with folklore show (optional tour). Eight nights in hotels with buffet breakfast; lunches and dinners are not included.

Arrival at Ljubljana Airport and meet & greet with the tour escort. Transfer to the city centre. 2-hour Ljubljana City Tour with a local guide: Old Town, Prešeren Square, Triple Bridge, St. Nicholas Cathedral, Dragon Bridge; funicular ride up to Ljubljana Castle. Overnight: Ljubljana.

Route: Ljubljana → Bled → Postojna → Ljubljana. Guided tour of Bled; pletna boat to Bled Island and the Pilgrimage Church of the Assumption of Mary; photo stop with Bled Castle views from the lake. Route: Ljubljana → Zagreb → Budapest. 2-hour Zagreb City Tour with a local guide: Zagreb Cathedral, Dolac Market, Stone Gate, St. Mark's Square, Ban Jelačić Square; photo stops at the Strossmayer Promenade, the City Scale Model and the Museum of Naïve Art. Continue to Budapest. Overnight: Budapest. Breakfast included.
