Tour Program

Day 1: İstanbul – Çanakkale
Meet at Istanbul Airport and drive via the Gallipoli Peninsula and 1915 Çanakkale Bridge to Çanakkale. Stop at the waterfront Trojan Horse replica; the ancient city of Troy is excluded. Meals: Dinner. Overnight: Çanakkale.

Day 2: Çanakkale – Bergama – Akhisar – İzmir – Kuşadası
Visit Pergamon’s Red Basilica and Acropolis by cable car, followed by Thyatira at Akhisar and the heritage of Smyrna in İzmir. Continue to Kuşadası. Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Overnight: Kuşadası.

Day 3: Kuşadası – Efes – Kuşadası
Explore Ephesus, including the Library of Celsus and Great Theatre, then the House of the Virgin Mary, remains of the Temple of Artemis, St. John’s Basilica and Seven Sleepers. Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Overnight: Kuşadası.

Day 4: Kuşadası – Sardes – Philadelphia – Laodikeia – Pamukkale
Visit Sardis, Philadelphia at Alaşehir and Laodicea, completing the Seven Churches route. Continue to Hierapolis and Pamukkale’s white travertine terraces. Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Overnight: Pamukkale.

Day 5: Pamukkale – Yalvaç – Kapadokya
On the long drive to Cappadocia, visit Pisidian Antioch and Yalvaç Museum, linked with Paul’s preaching. Include a caravanserai stop en route. Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Overnight: Cappadocia.

Day 6: Kapadokya
Optional sunrise balloon flight. Discover carpet weaving, Avanos pottery, Uçhisar, Pigeon Valley and Göreme Open-Air Museum. Mass at Dereyamanlı Church is subject to permission and availability. Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Overnight: Cappadocia.

Day 7: Kapadokya – Ankara – İstanbul
Stop at Salt Lake, then visit Anıtkabir, the War of Independence Museum and Ankara Castle. Continue by road to Istanbul on a long travel day. Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Overnight: Istanbul.

Day 8: İstanbul – Dönüş
Visit the Blue Mosque and Hippodrome, with an exterior photo stop at Hagia Sophia and time at the Grand Bazaar. Transfer to the airport according to the departure flight. Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner.
