Sales Agreement

1 - ) Parties and Subject
 
On one hand, Tempel Travel Agency (referred to as "Agency" in this agreement) and on the other hand, the consumer have entered into this agreement for domestic and international trips. (In online sales, the guest is considered to have accepted this agreement.)

2 - ) Agreement Fee
 
2.1 The agreement fee is ________ TL including VAT.
 
2.2 This fee includes all services specified in the tour or hotel reservation document (VOUCHER). The check-in and check-out dates of the hotels, durations, transportation details, and meal plan status are as indicated on the Voucher. Tours and services other than these are subject to an additional fee. Taxes, fees, and similar public payments required from tourists according to the legislation of the visited countries, as well as price changes due to exchange rates, are reflected to the consumer. This situation will be promptly communicated to the consumer. After the notification, the consumer can either cancel the contract without any compensation or accept the changes and their impact on the price by agreeing to the specified additional agreement.
 
3 - ) Payments
 
3.1 At the time of registration, a minimum of 35% of the reservation fee and the balance must be paid no later than 15 days before the start of the trip. If the payments specified within the stated periods are not made, the reservation will be canceled, and 35% of the fee will be invoiced to the consumer as a cancellation fee.
 
3.2 The consumer who purchases discounted services is obliged to pay the full service fee on the reservation date.
 
3.3 For special products and Early Booking discounted services, the balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of the service.
 
4 - ) Cancellation and Transfer
 
4.1 The Agency, despite taking all necessary care, may cancel or postpone the trip due to reasons such as failure to form the required number of confirmed bookings and/or adverse weather conditions, roadblocks, strikes, terrorism, fog, war possibility, unpredictable technical issues, and all force majeure circumstances that may hinder the start or continuation of the trip. In this case, the consumer has no right to compensation.
 
4.2 The consumer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid if they request cancellation up to 15 days before the start of the service (excluding discounted, special products, and Early Booking reservations).
 
4.3 The presentation of an official medical board report obtained from a fully equipped state hospital regarding the illness or death that prevents the consumer or their first-degree relatives from their usual activities for 10 days before the start of the service is an exception to the cancellation/transfer clauses.
 
4.4 The consumer can transfer the tour to another person up to 7 full days before the start of the service. The transferee is jointly responsible with the transferor for all costs arising from the balance and transfer reasons. The consumer is obliged to submit all cancellation/transfer requests in writing to the agency before the start of the service.
 
4.5 If the consumer fails to notify in writing that they will participate in the missed service, the Agency has the right to cancel all reservations and services made on behalf of the consumer 24 hours after. No refunds will be made in such cancellations.
 
4.6 The Agency may cancel the tours it has declared or registered with the consumer's notification, provided that it informs the consumer. Likewise, during the same period or during the service, the Agency may change the names of hotels within the scope of the service, transportation vehicles, their departure points, and the order of visiting the places shown in the program as places to be visited. If the consumer does not accept these changes and cancellations for justifiable reasons, they have the right to cancel the reservation and claim a refund for the unused service fees.
 
4.7 In special products such as Opportunity, Promotional, and Early Booking tours, in cancellations made up to 60 days before the start of the service, the consumer will be refunded the entire amount paid up to that point. If the consumer cancels the contract 59-31 days before the start of the service, they are liable for 25% of the tour price, if they cancel 30-15 days before, they are liable for 50% of the tour price, if they cancel 14-07 days before, they are liable for 75% of the tour price, and if they cancel less than 7 days, they agree and undertake to pay the entire amount to the Agency.
 
5 - ) Tour Duration, Meals, and Drinks: As Stated in the Voucher (person, accommodation, and tour details).
 
6 - ) Departure Times
 
The departure times of transportation vehicles such as planes, ferries, trains, buses, etc., are the times in effect on the date of the agreement. The Agency is not responsible for any tariff changes made by carrier companies later. The departure place, times, and number of flights of the transportation vehicles such as plane, ferry, train, bus, etc., indicated in the agreement should be checked from the Agency before the trip. Changes can be made due to transportation vehicles, or for reasons not related to transportation. Our agency will inform passengers of tour departure details, but it is the responsibility of our passengers to learn these details. The departure times for this tour are as stated in the Voucher (accommodation and tour details). STOPPING PLACES: Only in bus tours, a break is given in the rest facilities on the route, not exceeding 30 minutes. Rest facility details, such as how often breaks will be taken, are at the discretion of our captain drivers. Resting places can change depending on air, road, and general conditions. Stops are made at Kolaylı rest facilities in Afyon.
 
7 - ) Luggage
 
7.1 Participants in all kinds of tours are entitled to carry two suitcases with dimensions not exceeding 50 cm x 70 cm, and for air travel, 15 kg. baggage. Valuables such as money, valuable documents, and similar valuables should not be kept in luggage. The Agency is not responsible for valuables lost in baggage.
 
7.2 Fragrant, leaking, flammable, or explosive materials, or items that cause discomfort to the environment, as well as cutting, piercing, and firearms, and all kinds of animals, are not allowed to be taken into vehicles and accommodations without the express written permission of the agency.
 
7.3 In case of baggage loss or damage caused by the gross negligence of agency personnel, the consumer is reimbursed for half of the part of the fee that corresponds to the transportation cost, regardless of the material and moral value, nature, and characteristics of the items inside the
